Great hotel staff assitance
Undoubtly the position
Ecellent city centre location , helpful staff and a good value for money price
Not applicable to me as I was on fourth floor but the hotels bar which was good was busy, I suspect maybe rooms directly over this could be noisy til quite late. Request higher floor rooms.
bed was uncomfortable and there was construction noises at 4am . Not looking to rebook with you any time soon, sorry
Very accessible to downtown Brisbane.
This hotel is in a good location in the CBD, the staff are very helpful and the restaurant is good. It was good value for the money. Internet is available for a fee, and you are able to log off and on.
Very close to the mall and Southbank.
Staff were helpful and pleasant, good position and most of all value for money. A nice breakfast was included in the rate. I did need to ask for a blanket as there was only one provided, but extra blankets were provided.
The hotel was in a great location and the staff were all very friendly
The double room was the smallest room I've ever stayed in.
it is in a good locatation
Convenience - fabulous location for city facilities: restaurants, transport etc, very satisfied with what it offered, true to description. Highly recommend it as a convenient, well-appointed city stop.
We were most happy with the gw - position is most convenient - for shopping etc, also if one needs to access the Spring Hill area for specialist medica Specialists - price good - staff curtious and helpfull - our room overlooking Geoge St. Was comfortable and pleaseant - we hope to visit again in the near future
I chose this Hotel because it is close to the train station and I thought the cost would be the same as the last time I stayed there - $99. I thought $155 would be excessive for the cubby hole I had the last two times, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the improvement in space and amenities this time. I was also pleased ti find it was close to MaryStreet where I had to attend a meeting.
I found that I could not use the key card in the lift. I realise this is me at fault, however. I had no trouble using it to get into the room.
Just much better than I had expected. Thought it might be more YMCA or bunk beds or dingy. Hotter than hot water! 24 hour very pleasant reception In the City for walking to the Mall and dashing in and out.
The room was comfortable, but the room I got had no view of the city at all. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a comfortable stay. I chose it because of its proximity to the Queensland University of Technology, where I have meetings, the main purpose of my stay. I hotel is within walking distance to many interesting landmarks of the city. I would highly recommend it to solo travellers.
